Plan Your Family Reunion
Together

Invite siblings and cousins to plan alongside you. Everyone sees the same guest list, budget, timeline, and schedule - in real time. No more "which version of the spreadsheet is current?" No more email chains with 14 replies.

The Right Access Level for Everyone

Not everyone needs edit rights. Reunly gives each person exactly the access they need.

👑

Lead Organizer

Full access to everything - invites, edits, budget, and settings. Usually the family member who's done this before.

✏️

Co-Planner (Editor)

Full edit rights on the plan. Great for a sibling or cousin handling a specific piece - the food, the activities, the east-coast branch RSVPs.

👁️

Viewer

Read-only access to the full plan. Useful for keeping family elders or family council members in the loop without giving edit access.

🏡

Guest (no account)

Can view the shared schedule link and RSVP. No Reunly account required. Everyone gets visibility; only planners get edit access.

🤝 Everyone on the Same Plan

The lead organizer invites co-planners. Guests get a read-only link. Everyone has the right level of access.

Kill the Email Chain

Family reunion planning by email looks like this: 14-person thread, three different spreadsheet attachments, one person who never saw the update about the venue change, and someone's aunt who keeps replying-all. Reunly replaces all of that with one shared workspace where every change is visible immediately.

Old Way vs. Reunly

❌ Email / Spreadsheet

  • 14-reply email chains
  • 3 versions of 'the spreadsheet'
  • Who updated what and when?
  • Aunt Marge never saw the venue change
  • Manual headcount math

✓ Reunly

  • One shared workspace
  • One version, always current
  • Change history, who did what
  • Everyone sees updates instantly
  • Headcount auto-updates

Frequently Asked Questions

How many co-planners can I invite?

The Free plan is solo only — no co-planners. This Reunion ($29 one-time) supports up to 5 co-planners. Forever ($59/year) supports unlimited co-planners — useful when you have one person per family branch coordinating.

Do co-planners need a Reunly account?

Yes, co-planners need a free Reunly account to edit the plan. However, guests can view the shared schedule and RSVP without any account.

Can I control what co-planners can edit?

Yes. You can invite someone as an Editor (full access) or a Viewer (read-only). This is useful for keeping one person in charge of the budget while others can update the guest list.

What happens if two people edit at the same time?

Reunly handles concurrent edits gracefully. Changes sync in real time - if two people update different fields simultaneously, both changes are preserved. Conflict alerts appear for the rare case where the exact same field is edited at the same moment.

Can I assign tasks to specific co-planners?

Yes. In the Timeline & Checklist view, each task can be assigned to a specific co-planner. They see their assigned tasks highlighted when they log in.
