1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Reunly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including organizers, co-planners, and guests.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be 13 years or older to create an account. Please use a strong password and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

Reunly is designed for personal family reunion planning. You may not use Reunly for commercial event planning services, spam, or any illegal purpose. You may not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The free plan is available indefinitely with the features described on our pricing page. This Reunion ($29) is a one-time purchase per reunion event. Forever ($59/year) is an annual subscription covering unlimited reunions per year. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, email nate@reunly.io within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

6. Your Content

You own all data you enter into Reunly - guest lists, budgets, schedules, and notes. We do not claim ownership of your content. You can export or delete your data at any time. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of Reunly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
