1. Information We Collect

When you create a Reunly account, we collect your name, email address, and information you provide about your family reunion (guest lists, budgets, schedules). We also collect basic usage data to improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Reunly service, send you product updates and account notifications, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database hosting and apply best practices for access control and data protection. We retain your data as long as your account is active.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share your data only with service providers necessary to run Reunly (hosting, email, payments). We do not share your guest lists, budgets, or reunion details with any third party for advertising purposes.

5. Guest Data

When you add guests to your reunion plan, you are responsible for having appropriate permission to store their contact information. Guests who RSVP via a share link provide their own information directly. We handle all guest data with the same security standards as account data.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

7. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account and data, or correct any inaccurate information at any time. Email us at nate@reunly.io to make any of these requests.
